Pepine Realty: 15th Anniversary Branding
Pepine Realty is a real estate company based in Gainesville, FL focused
on buying and selling services, as well as property management. As their
graphic designer I was tasked with branding their 15th Anniversary.
P the Key
In addition to their 15th Anniversary, they wanted to introduce a new mascot to their company.
Process
My process for the new Pepine mascot started with finding key words I wanted the mascot to embody.
Key words: class, community, personable, empowering, family, growth
I then began sketching different key shapes, inspired by Clippy Microsoft's paperclip-shaped office assistant.
Once I found my desired look for P the Key, I made a rough draft of the motion graphic.
15th Anniversary Booklet
I designed a 15th Anniversary Booklet which outlined Pepine Realty's success throughout the years and enhanced company culture.
